Definately reduces vibrations
Very slight issue is that I could have done with a size smaller (despite measuring as per instructions before ordering) but they still fit ok under my mortorcycle gloves and help to cut out a lot of the vibration on long runs and stop my muscles from going numb.

Excellent
I charged my batteries for hours in my old charger ( calculated for the battery and charger) then I put them in the D4 which told me that they were only about 50% charged.
This charger is worth every penny to get the most out of descent rechargeable batteries.
