Great disc, shame about the packaging.

I have the original gatefold album so I thought I’d treat myself to the 50th anniversary coloured disc. The disc looks great but at £49 why did Capital let this be issued without the gatefold? What you get is the inside shot on a piece of cardboard...super tacky. Sack the guy who signed off the packaging for this particular release....massive own goal.

Super Red Vinyl Edition Of Versus

This is a limited edition red vinyl (only 1500 were issued). It is a full weight album. The label looks excellent, the packing is good quality and best of all, it sounds fantastic on my hi fi. Whilst the postage from the USA was expensive, the price of the vinyl was cheap, making the overall cost of acquisition very reasonable.
