  Item sent was not what was described. Seller claims he issued a refund (he never did) and to throw out the throttle. Said he sent refund and to go through eBay claims. I threw out the tube and started a claim through eBay. eBay wants me to return the item that I don't have anymore to get a refund. absolute garbage seller, dishonest, won't refund you for sending cheap junk instead of what's listed.
