  Order was shipped the day after purchase, tracking details were provided at shipment time as shipping was done through eBay. Even sent a small refund on the shipping cost since it was less than charged. Order was shipped USPS and it took about a week to be delivered. Buyer put in an item not received claim on this order and claimed tracking was not provided and that he had no idea where the item was. Not sure this buyer understands how eBay works. I’d rate this buyer a neutral if I could.
