Great buy.
Book was delivered in pristine, damn near perfect shape. This is early Lee, Kirby and Ditko work, but easy to see where they were heading, especially in the very first Spiderman story at the end of the book. Lots of extras including original pencils and extra covers as well as stories about the publication history.

Allingham was a great mystery writer.
Had read many of the Albert Campion series years ago. Hadn't read this one and was pleased that this one was excellent. May have to go back and tackle them again.

Retro at its best!
Book arrived well packed and in perfect condition. The Batman stories are hilarious compared to today's Dark Knight themes. But you can see even back then the character's potential. The Joker is less lethal but a lot more terrifying than some of today's incarnations. Amazing to think that shortly after this decade there was thought of canceling the Batman comic entirely. Worthwhile purchase.
