I question whether or not this is a genuine Toyota part, as is implied by the Toyota box it's packed in.
It doesn't seem to be of the same quality as the Toyota thermostat that I took out, so I'm wondering if it's really a Toyota made product as the box would imply, since it came in an official Toyota box. It may work fine, but I haven't yet installed and used it. I'm just not sure I received the quality product that is advertised. Maybe Toyota is making them differently now, but this one is certainly not as strongly made as they have been. As well, I notice the gasket is a bit smaller and doesn't fit snugly in the recessed location as the Toyota gasket did that was removed. I'm hoping this will work out because my intent was to make sure I bought a genuine Toyota thermostat. Also, this purchased thermostat doesn't have the Toyota emblem stamped on the item as is done on all their products, which is another reason I don't believe I received a genuine Toyota product. It was packaged in a genuine Toyota box, but that doesn't assure me that it's a Toyota product, which I assumed I was buying. If it's not, then that would be deceitful. I hope I can hear that it is genuine and then be able to feel confident and comfortable with the dependability of the product.

Top quality product at a very reasonable price.
The struts I purchased are obviously new and identified specifically for the side they should be installed. The price is half of what I would have paid at any of the local parts stores, so I'm very happy about that. The quality is tops. I'm confident the parts will provide a safe ride for my family.
