Pure Amino acids
Good stuff , doesn't taste to bad. Either use a blender or put one scoop in a pint glass, put about one inch of water in and with a fork vigorously stir for about 2 minutes, it will eventually mix into a paste. Then add some water bit by bit stirring until glass if half full and drink. 27 grams of pure amino protein easily digested. One of thee best protein sauces available. 166 servings. Highly recommended and a very good price...

Not one inch in diameter.
This bar is not one inch thick in diameter as stated. Spring clips and quick release collars just slide off , weights are not secured. Avoid...
