This knife set is a unique item. These knives have certain features that set them apart from others because they have unusually thick blades that taper down to a razor-sharp edge, thus allowing them to be used with greater force while at the same time taking advantage of the thinness of the taper. In terms of condition, it's obvious that great care was taken in shaping both the blades and the quality of sharpening.
