Buy Mac Mini Server 2011. It represents better performance than 2012 model.

This specific computer is now serving our editing suite (sound) and running Pro Tools HD10.
It outputs sound via built in Toslink digital I/O. We have a main monitor 24 inch connected to thunderbolt port and view the picture on a large LCD TV from HDMI port.
We increased the RAM to 16 GB and now it performs really fast and able to deal with pretty large track count projects.
Great value for money! And it has two 7200 rpm hard drives! Better than later 2012 mac mini (5400rpm).

My unit didn't perform as intended. I am a professional user and am well familiar with the KVM devices. But this one is a garbage.

Original batteries and a good charger.
Nice charger and good quality batteries. A robust design and a progress indicator is a plus. It also can charge your phone from the output USB 2 port when two batteries are installed.
