  Definitely did not look new as described, packaging was stained, bottle itself was extremely worn, does not smell the way I remember and it looks like some of the product was used and arrived late, instead of arriving on my birthday.

I read your feedback and appreciate the comment, however I wanted to take this opportunity to explain why I don't send the flags as a tracked package.If I send the flag in a flat, first-class envelope, the mailing cost is very reasonable. If I ship it as a "package" - which means you and I get a tracking number - the post office would charge me approximately $4.65. I can't buy the flags, pay $4.65 for shipping and still sell them for $8.99. Any questions, send a reply. Thanks, Carl
