I fully charged the device and it would not hold a charge.
It would not hold a charge. Used unit may have been used to its fullest.

Could be Pirated software
5 von 8 finden das hilfreich I should have known something was wrong when it would not update. So I tried to upgrade it to Win10 but when I typed in the key it said it was wrong so I contacted the seller through E bay and he told me I had to call MS to get a key code and that should work, and it did but some things still don't upgrade as they should. I called a PC repair place and told them my situation and they told me the Win7 I got from e bay could be a pirated software and the key code I got was nothing more then a type of vin# that really doesn't authenticate it, it just makes it somewhat recognizable for Microsoft.
So now I have to look forward to blanking out my system again and spending more money to fix this problem.
This is what makes it hard to buy on e bay when your trying to save a dollar here and there.
