If your a man having big fingers the focus ring is just about manageable.

Makes bad contact in the female 3.5mm connector
I have bought three of these from two different suppliers. The 3.5mm male jack makes a good contact in my equipment. The female connector is loose with a male jack inserted. This give a bad electrical contact. The audio clicks and bangs as the contact is made then lost. I had to use super glue to permanently stick my 3.5mm jack to get a good contact.
Do not buy these till this problem is sorted out.
