Not having a smart phone does have its problems sometimes and I did my best to get this item posted. The Post Office couldn’t read the label. On phone to eBay for 20 minutes trying to sort out. Tried to message you. iPad refused to send message from me explaining. Lady at eBay offered to send for me. Sent message saying it was address problem instead.

Excellent product. Well made and very attractive.
Considering the price, I thought it would be a great deal lighter and flimsy but it is very substantial and therefore feels like good quality. The backing is lovely - black velvet and the photos are very easy to take in and out plus it also has hangers on the back if you don't want to stand it on a shelf or a desk. The other great thing about it in this day and age, is that it will not tarnish which is a huge plus especially if you live in a sea area where the salt tends to tarnish silver plate very quickly. I will certainly buy more of this product if and when I should need it.

Not impressed.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich It is very light and unsubstantial which wasn't apparent in the photo. I have to place a tea cloth underneath it to stop it sliding around when trying to set timer etc. Also I took great note of the measurements, both inside and outside and compared them to the one I had that was broken and the measurements were the same except for the depth which was about 2cm different.. However when I got it, the inside was way smaller than my previous one. Very cramped and only just room for a moderate sized dinner plate. In all, it looks cheap and feels cheap and considering what is on the market for this price, I do not think it's great value for money. It is easy to use however.
