Perfect fit. Some thinking required in order to pass through the firewall.

In addition, it would be nice if they could suggest where to plug that yellow ILL+ wire... When the 2012 model isn't that well documented online.

Perfect OEM part

Out of shape from the box, easily fitted with heat gun - Good fit, see pics

Good: It does fit my 2012 Miata. It does look factory. It is flexible. Price is appropriate. Bad: The lip was very straight out from the box. The car's bumper is rounded... I had to heat up the whole piece to be able to flex it and conform it to the bumper. Something any pro would be fine with, but it surprised me. Polyurethane is flexible under heat and wont crack if heated well. The thing is still hanging there with only 4 screws on the picture. The blue painter's tape is there temporarily to avoid scratching the bumper's paint while tugging and pulling on the lip during heat/bend fitment. The pictures show the bumper cover off the car, has nothing to do with installing the lip. I installed it when on the car.
