My offer was except and item was paid for. Shipment was delayed because he was going out of town. The next message I get states that he left the lights on overnight in his wife's car and battery was dead. He used the sold/paid for charger to charge the battery. Then finds out there is a problem with it. He's going to have a friend look at it and may list it again on ebay. I left neutral feedback rather then negative only because I did receive my money back and found one for $20.00 less.

Said it would warm the area it was applied to. It does not.
