Good product, but has two flaws
I love Otterbox products and almost exclusively buy their cases. This one has two issues. The built-in screen protector is not very good. You have to apply a lot of pressure in order to make contact with the screen. In the end I took it out and put my own screen protector on. Also, the case surrounds the microphone in a weird way that results in the mulit-directional mic becoming uni-directional. The solution is to cup the bottom of the phone with your hand and to speak into your hand. A little bit annoying.
