  The coaches and brake arrived well packed but the item was posted without it being tracked so I had no idea when it was getting delivered. So for 3 days I had a message left on my door asking whoever was delivering to deliver it to a neighbour of mine. Not a very good way of doing it has it told everyone I was out and the house was unoccupied.

  I have apologised for the hassle mistakenly caused and have sent a £5.00 refund (which has not been acknowledged). This problem arose because of the buyer's comments concerning delays with another delivery company. As a result I decided to send the item Royal Mail 1st Class to achieve next-day delivery, in which case tracking would not be needed. Unfortunately Royal Mail also took their time in delivery, so tracking would have indeed been helpful. My well-intentioned mistake, and my apologies.
