Healthy, Delicious, Wonderful

My husband and I have tried pre-packaged diets with chemical-tasting foods over the years. I hated reading the labels!! We did attain weight-loss, but the programs were expensive, bad-tasting and the weight always creeped back on, anyway. Frustrating!! The THM plan (outlined in detail in their other book) finally made SENSE. This cookbook is PACKED full of amazing recipes. It is easiest to order several products from their website, but there are also many for which you need no special ingredients - just what you can get at the store. I found it most rewarding to order several of their food products. But again, they are relatively inexpensive, many organic, and REAL foods. At our house, we are not calling this a "diet," but a "lifestyle change." Finally, someone who matches our love for healthy foods and yet flavor and CHOCOLATE!!!! hahaha
