I'm a novelist, which may be why I love old books--limp leather (especially in fine condition) makes me weak at the knees. Early 20th c. RPPC Santa-and-child/children postcards, Santa pc's, Uncle Sam pc's, and a few more, also lay claim to my heart.

First-rate craftsmanship and art
Beautiful, classic sterling Taxco Delfino leaf.
Looks elegant displayed on a glass table, or pinned to a black dress/shirt/whatever.
Handmade, stamped 925, “Delfino” and “Taxco” in unique scripts — absolutely of the highest quality and utterly gorgeous.
The works of the great Taxco artisans — most notably, the silversmiths — of the 1940’s are enjoying a resurgence in popularity (perhaps because of the shifting demographics?) and Delfino is just one example of this exquisite work.
