Best small iron

I've had an 18 watt version for a long time,this higher wattage model is more suited to higher silver content solders,it maintains temperature and is light and easy to handle.

Generic Stylus

Too early to tell on performance,signs of mistracking(set up using proper aligment tool and pressure guage)The stylus needs to bed in properly before any real judgement.Under microscope the tip looks reasonable geometrically and polish wise.Sound wise again too early to tell,it does mimic the sound of the original Shure M55e so once it has had a week or so breaking in it should be ok

Poor Packaging

The stylus itself works fine,tracking weight needs to be slightly higher than stated,the issue is with the packaging,the stylus had come out of the plastic carrier and the cantilever had twisted off centre(corrected using tweezers and a magnifying glass). I suggest taping the stylus into the carrier to avoid this happening to other customers.
