A lot of small details to paint. Finished building, if you have the skill, is a great addition to a layout.
To do this justice , much detail painting is required. Holes are in the building proper that almost make it necessary to use all the detail parts as filling the holes would show unless you can duplicate the brick in the fill. This is an N scale building and if your eyes are aged like mine are, some form of magnification will be helpful. If you can buy it at a low price I would say, "go for it!". If you can manage the painting of the fine details it is a great model.
