  Ordered 2 black, 1 navy and 1 brown niqaab with nose string. Recieved only 1 black niqaab with nose string and not 2 as ordered and navy and brown nit recieved. So I have 1 black niqaab only. That has 2nd class stamp on it and no outer envelope. I was charged £11.25 for postage and packaging which is a ripp off. Nothing wrong with the niqaab itself, order missing of brown navy and 1 black niqaab. Can not be tracked due to 2nd class large stamp used. I paid in total £51.
