  This seller is unethical decided he listed the item with incorrect shipping costs, So in order to keep from having to cover the costs decided to lie to ebay and said I sent incorrect shipping address. I have been on Ebay since the 90,s my address has never changed. He did refund but I wanted product. I felt this was on him to cover shipping for his mistake. I highly recommend not buying from this seller.!
