Good for hats and scarfs; not good for heavier items
Only good for hanging light items because anything heavy (e.g. a jacket) bends the frame. If there are more wall mounting holes, then this problem would probably be solved. I don't think this can hold a "Coat Robe" as described in the item's listing.

weak glue
At first they work great. But after a year or so, the glue becomes weak and the lens cap falls off. The problem is that you don't know that your cap has fallen off until when you finish the shoot; i.e. the cap is pretty much lost forever.

Missing parts; e.g. no transistors, diodes, the large POT, large value resistors.
The plastic box the things came in was very nice, easily worth the money as an enclosure!
