Great price but be prepared to fuss with it a bit.
This part requires a specialty tool for removal and installation. The tool can be rented from O'Reilly Auto Parts. Be aware that the tool fits the OEM part perfectly, but does not fit this aftermarket part without resorting to pounding the tool into the pulley with a block of wood and a large hammer. Once installed, its fine.

Only buy Moen parts
The fit was so bad that the product is unusable. Once all parts were installed and tightened, the water would not shut off.
