No problem
HVAC guy wanted $400 to do the job = ripoff. So I replaced the capacitor myself. Took 10 minutes and brought the running amps down 30% which will save me $$$

It does what it claims, but with some flaws in design.
Picks up cat hair very well, but the dust canister tends to come apart too easily if the vacuum is bumped or lifted from that part. Also the rubber gaskets connecting the vacuum to the dust canister are flimsy looking and I don't expect those to last very long.
