Got a lemon
The phone seemed to work fine when first hooked up. Unfortunately when I tried to use it minutes later I found no signal. Fooled with it for a while and found it would not disconnect. My bad luck that it took longer to install my service than the warranty lasted so I'm out $20.00. I won't buy open box electronics again.

Good item
CD was dirty but cleaned up good. No scratches. Paper sleeve in very good shape.
