Oh, my. Another kitchen gadget...and it is great.
I use peppers in cooking more frequently after having purchased this item. Whether stuffing, slicing or chopping, this tool helps remove the seed core and stem smoothly, quickly and efficiently. Some seeds remain, of course, and they are easily removed without risk.of crushing the top or sides of the pepper. Washes and dries easily.

No instructions, poorly designed
Absolutely no seller support. No instructions. Not designed for North American installation. Knobs do not fit. Manifold cannot be flush mounted for tiled wall. My plumber cannot install. Waste of time and $$$$. Have tried endlessly to reach seller and track down manufacturer. Impossible.
