It really reduces my appetite & cravings.
But i find when i forget to take them i tend to eat more & eat sweets so i have to remember to take them.
I have spent so much money & time trying to find a supplement that really works well & so far these have worked for me. It’s only been a short while, but i feel lighter & look slimmer & i have lost 5lbs & i have about 15 more to go!
