Overall not bad..
Works good with online computer dialing system. Works well with windows 10. Clarity is around 8/10. Phone will work from 9am-4:30pm continuous use. To make it last longer, charge during lunchtime. Noise cancelling doesn't work as well as it should. The benefits of a wireless headset outweigh the disadvantages mentioned previously. Would buy again..
