Very disappointed

I took it to Optus to get the thing connected to internet,it wouldn’t work they tried 2 SIM card still it didn’t work,then the other person suggested to take it to Highpoint Shopping Centre there’s an Apple store for them to have a look at it.After 3 hours l was totally fed up l couldn’t go to Highpoint there would be a million lunatics doing last minute shopping l have M.S l don’t cope well with stress sol asked the woman who tried to get that iPad working she could smash the useless thing.Thats what l think of that item.
