Checked out from loical library and so good I needed my own copy.
I checked it out from local library and just had to have my own copy. It had distinct clear directions and even though I minored in applied art including weaving I needed a refresher after seeing my friends struggling in thier weaving and I knew I remembered solutions from my college classes. It all came back as I was reading this book so much that I am setting out a project right now.

Everything I expected..and more
When I went on a trip to Ireland I went to the national museum in Dublin and brought home the book the published about their collection with some wonderful photos of highlights from their collection. This book fills in the blanks from the book I bought in Ireland at the museum. This book has the current archeology, with some history and pictures of places many of the artifacts in the museum were excavated from, as well as additional pictures of some of the items. This book is wonderful in it own but as an accompaniment to the other book it’s a good record of both the artifacts and as well as their context making them college reference book quality. The book is full of references and a good bibliography, as well as excellent detailed photos and pictures. I checked it out form my local college library before purchasing it, and it is definitely college level quality. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone interested in Irish archeology and art.
