I feel that at the very least I should have been contacted BEFORE cancellation and should not have had to contact the seller for this explanation.

Not worth it
I have used it 2 times and am already out of the foundation. This system uses a ridiculous amount of make up for minimal coverage. Also, the nozzle clogged frequently so it has to be cleaned before you finish applying the makeup. Wildly disappointing and dissatisfied.
