Don't waste your time or money on this
This booklet is written in giant print font. Writer does not know English grammar, nor how to write coherently. There are misspelled words and mystery terms that are not found in the dictionary.
The impression is that a bored, poorly taught high school student with a "D" average was assigned to write this booklet. Examples of poor writing: "...but if a movement increases your pain considerably or affects your stomach, stop doing it right once." Another example: "Lie slightly apart on your back with your knees twisted and feet." The writer calls the navel the " (beauty button)."
So sorry I wasted my money on this. Don't buy it.

Don't waste your time or money on this
This 5 minute read is poorly written and printed in giant font. Writer is either from a foreign, non-English speaking country, or a product of the American public school system. Writer knows very little about English grammar or how to write coherent sentences. There are misspelled and mystery words which are not found in the dictionary. Examples of poor writing are throughout this tiny booklet. Example: "...stop doing it right once." Another example: "Lie slightly apart on your back with your knees twisted and feet." And the writer called the navel the "(beauty button)."
Sorry I wasted time and money on this waste of paper.
