Great video lens
Great addition to the video arsenal. Image is sharp, awesome range, great picture. Manual control over everything, though the zoom takes some getting used to. Autofocus is quick and accurate. It is a heavier lens, but for everything it offers, it’s certainly not a huge downfall. I got great results shooting handheld.

The missing piece
GoPro makes some things difficult, no sugarcoating it. The mic adapter is absurd, but this case solves the problem of it dangling somewhere else. Perfect fit inside the cage, easy to connect to the GoPro, and the cold shoe mount is an awesome addition. That fits things like a Rode Videomicro or Rode Wireless Go, as well as lights and other accessories. Wish I would have bought this sooner.
