Glenda’s horn is cute but hard to operate

Cute and “ funny” in an entertaining ( unanticipated way) but the mechanism via the unicorn horn is somewhat stiff making it challenging to operate. Not sure if it is defective or will loosen up with use. It was purchased as a birthday gift from my grand-niece ( 7 years old) who loves unicorns. Haven’t given it to her yet.
