  Dress had a defect and seller was quite unhelpful. Once I returned the item using the return label they eventually sent, they stopped replying to messages. Four days after the item had been delivered to them (checked via tracking) they still hadn’t refunded me and provided no update/communication. I had to ask eBay to step in to sort this out. Terrible service.
