Excellent, functional knitting

Originally, I checked this book out of the library to see if I liked it before I purchased it. I really enjoyed the book and decided to purchase it since I wanted to make several of the items. I found the patterns to be easy to follow with detailed instructions for some of the less commonly used stitches. There are many patterns to choose from that all have some sort of intriguing detail. I was very happy to get this book on eBay for a very low price. Most of the patterns are for sweaters and cardigans, but there is a hat and shawl or two in there as well that I may try soon.
