Fully funcional.
I have fitted 4 or 5 of these taps, after 5 years of constant use a small drip from one of the taps, it was cheaper to replace it with a new identical tap than repair it, don't let the cheap price put you off, the tap comes with two decent size hoses to connect with. If you have not fitted one of these type of taps before then do not over tighten the hoses to the tap base, you do not need to use any tools ,unless you have weak hands, as hand tight is enough to seal the rubber seals. The 5 year old identical tap is still in good cosmetic condition.

I found the Panasonic blu ray drives very reliable, usually work without additional drivers.
