incorrect book format
The book in question was the book I ordered, but it was in hardback, not paperback as I ordered. I clicked on paperback on the left to eliminate any chance of getting any format other than paperback. I never order hardback. Very disappointing. I will need to look elsewhere to get the paperback I requested.
