The buyer was not informed on how to operate it correctly and requested a return and refund. I attempted to educate him on how to operate but he complained to EBay. I accepted it, paid for return. I am disappointed in the whole experience since I have no recourse in the buyers ignorance in the product. This is not a positive feedback but I have no other options.

Kills the competition!
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I tried two different TP Link products and got absolutely zero customer support! Impossible to reach someone by phone or chat. You got generic emails responding to specific questions. With Netgear, I actually got a human being on the phone who help me set up and it works perfectly!
