A better transfer
If you other bad movie fans have suffered through viewing the awful Alpha Video version of this, you'll find this Film Detectives release much better. It won't pass for a 4K blockbuster, but it's much lighter and clearer.

For fans of 1970's monster movies
This DVD release of an obscure monster movie is basic......only "play" on the menu, not even chapter stops, but the video transfer picture quality is quite excellent. You'll see a few faces you recognize from other things, riding out their later years with indiscriminate acting jobs, but they do a good job. Three quarters of the movie features normal-sized crabs, and people dying of their own clumsiness, and I was feeling a bit cheated, but if you're patient, the film rewards you at the end with an actual giant crab, waving his claws around and grabbing victims in it's crushing grip. So the movie redeemed itself, and ends up being a very enjoyable and watchable 1970's creature film!
