If you only see one film in your life, this should be the one
Nebraska is the best film of this century. Bruce Dern gives the performance of a lifetime. You will laugh until you can't catch your breath. You will cry your eyes out.

I still love Jack Lemmon
Although I am a longstanding Jack Lemon fan, I had never seen these two films. Films were of their times but I am still disappointed that they portrayed women in the way that they did. Surprised to see a woman of color in Irma La Douce (because of the date of the film) but then again, look at the role she played. Sigh! Always good to see Shirley MacLaine. Not impressed with either screenplay. Be sure to see Ms. MacLaine in Ben Stiller's new The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and in Terms of Endearment (if you haven't seen it yet); be sure to see Jack Lemmon in Some Like It Hot and The Odd Couple. Beg the powers that be to release The April Fools on DVD.
