  After bidding was won, item was never shipped and tracking information was not provided. I attempted to contact the seller multiple times for any update without response. I waited 10 days in order mark the item as not received. This was a gift for my daughter's birthday. It seems that the winning bid was not high enough for the seller. Any communication would have been appreciated so that I could have continued to look for this item elsewhere for my daughter. Very unprofessional.
