Great for your IFAK
Detachol in the unit dose packages is great for IFAK kits, wound management kits, basicaly any kit that you may put together for wound management / wound care. Detachol is used to rermove the adhesives used to give Steri-strips their long lasting holding power. FIngernail remover also works, but what I like is that you can keep these in your kit and not worry about spillage.

Very good for the price.
The Sprague Rappaport stethoscope has been the standard for as long as I can remember. ADC sells this one for a reasonable price. The quality is very good and should last for many years. Entry level for someone worrking in cardiology, or anesthesiology. Nearly top end for general healthcare workers.
