I'm currently building my own house and this tool works great. Super fast to pop screws into the sheetrock and it even comes with two batteries.

Love Shark
I got this refurbished unit after having owned a new unit. The new one had the main hose replaced twice due to it cracking at the bend near the handle. Pretty expensive ($75 plus shipping). But the vacuum was the best I've ever used so I wanted another one. This refurbished unit was only a few bucks more than the replacement hose/handle assembly so I couldn't loose. The refurbished unit arrived and appeared like new. Worked great for about 3 minutes then the main beater-bar/roller brush stopped spinning. Not sure why, but after flipping the unit over and pushing the roller button a few times, rotating the head back and forth a few times, it suddenly started spinning and all has been well ever since. Can't beat this vacuum for suction and ease of use.

Worked great for a month, then exploded
This water filter seemed like it was very nice quality. It worked great for about a month. Then one day I hear water spraying. I opened my utility room door to find it flooded because the filter canister suddenly developed 2 large cracks.
