  The item was exactly as it was described. It came in the usual package. Shipping charges were fine. The value of the item is awesome. It will make a wonderful addition to our collection. We don't get them signed. We wear them. The only thing that we have found that wasn't done was the 21 was not sewn and we will get that handled.
