Old style
This old style loft hatch is far easier to fit and operate than the new type .
Cannot understand why Manthorpe has changed the design

Rusty
Bracket was very rusty and definitely needed to be painted

Not what is shown
A maroon bag is advertised but they provided a black one (which can be purchased cheaper else ware) . They state that some where in the small print they say they do not have to provide what is shown.
