Good Value
the bad is I wanted a ultra slim watch the photo dosent show the underside which is about 3/16" more that is not shown
also its not adjustable so it dosent fit me, the good is its light and very attractive and keeps very good time.

my Dr suggested that I start this Product
I cant see or feel any defiance I do what the Dr says I have been taking this product for three months now

soft dosent slide prings back.
This gives me a good soft seat, I'm sitting for 8 to 10 hr a day on the computer
