I love this book!
This book has helped change my mindset from labor and delivery is scary and painful to women are superhumans and are freaking amazing! This book helps teach imagery techniques to be used during labor to help ease labor pains, and how to relax your body so labor can progress smoothly and effectively. I used these techniques with my second baby and now am reading the book for the second time in preparation for my third labor and delivery.
